حذف الحساب والبياناتAccount & Data Deletion

احفظ نسخة من المعلومات التي تحتاجها قبل تأكيد الحذف. قد يتعذر استرجاع الحساب أو المحتوى بعد اكتمال الإجراء. حذف التطبيق من جهازك أو تسجيل الخروج لا يحذف حسابك أو بياناته لدى الخدمة.

Save information you need before confirming deletion. Your account or content may not be recoverable after the process completes. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account or its service data.

1. سجّل الدخول إلى حساب Veepick الذي تريد حذفه.
2. افتح إعدادات الحساب، ثم اختر «حذف الحساب».
3. أكمل مسار التحقق والتعليمات المعروضة في محادثة الإجراء.
4. راجع رسالة التأكيد النهائية قبل الموافقة على الحذف.

لا تختبر هذه الخطوات على حساب ترغب في الاحتفاظ به. استخدم الإلغاء إذا لم ترغب في إكمال الطلب.

1. Sign in to the Veepick account you want to delete.
2. Open account settings and choose Delete account.
3. Complete the verification steps and instructions in the action conversation.
4. Review the final confirmation before agreeing to deletion.

Do not test these steps on an account you wish to keep. Cancel if you do not want to continue.

إذا تعذر الدخول، أرسل إلى [email protected] بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب Veepick». اذكر اسم المستخدم أو معرّف الحساب إن توفر، ووضّح هل تريد حذف الحساب أم بيانات محددة. قد يُطلب التحقق من الملكية قبل تنفيذ الطلب. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز الدخول.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with “Veepick account deletion request” as the subject. Include your username or account identifier if available and specify whether you want account deletion or deletion of particular information. Ownership verification may be required. Do not send your password or sign-in code.

يشمل طلب حذف الحساب الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به وفق آليات الخدمة. تختلف معالجة الملف والمحتوى والرسائل والسجلات بحسب نوعها وصلاحيات المشاركين والالتزامات المطبقة. قد تُحتفظ معلومات محدودة عندما تكون لازمة للأمان أو التحقيق أو التزام قانوني، وقد تبقى نسخ احتفظ بها الآخرون خارج سيطرتنا. راجع الاحتفاظ بالبيانات.

Account deletion concerns the account and associated data under service procedures. Handling of profiles, content, messages and logs depends on their type, participant permissions and applicable obligations. Limited information may be retained for security, investigations or legal duties, and copies others kept outside our control may remain. See Data retention.

استخدم أدوات الحذف المتاحة للمحتوى داخل التطبيق إذا كنت ترغب في الاحتفاظ بالحساب. لطلب يخص بيانات محددة أو لمعالجة طلب تعذر إكماله، تواصل مع الدعم مع وصف المطلوب، دون إرسال معلومات شخصية أكثر من اللازم.

Use available in-app content deletion controls if you want to keep your account. For a request concerning particular information or a request you could not complete, contact support with a description and avoid providing unnecessary personal information.
